About RW West Inspections
Serving King, Snohomish & North Pierce Counties
50,000+ Residential & Commercial Inspections Since 1986
RW West Inspections is a family-owned company founded by Ron West in 1986. Ron started inspecting homes when home inspections were still a young idea, drawing on his years as a carpenter and construction estimator to build his own inspection protocol, the foundation of how our team inspects today.
Forty years and more than 50,000 residential and commercial inspections later, our commitment is the same: report what the property tells us, clearly and honestly. Every RW West inspector is a Washington State licensed home inspector, CCPIA certified, certified in mold testing, thermal imaging and sewer scope, and an FAA-licensed drone pilot. Commercial and multifamily clients across Puget Sound work with our commercial division, RW West Consultants.
Whether you're a home buyer or seller, a real estate agent, a commercial investor or a property manager, our team is here to give you the information you need to take the next step with confidence.
