These Website and Messaging Terms and Conditions govern use of rwwestinspections.com and participation in the RW West Inspections text-message program. RW West Inspections is operated by R W WEST CONSULTANTS INC.

Website information and service requests

Website information is provided for general informational purposes. Submitting a website form, requesting a quote, or exchanging a message does not by itself confirm an inspection scope, price, appointment, agreement, or acceptance of work. Inspection services are governed by the specific written agreement and other terms provided for the applicable service.

You agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge and not to use the website in a way that interferes with its operation, violates applicable law, misrepresents another person, or attempts unauthorized access.

RW West Inspections text-message program

People who separately opt in may receive the message category or categories they selected.

- Non-marketing messages concern inspection inquiries, requested quotes, and related follow-up questions.

- Marketing messages may include inspection education, newsletters, relationship and retention messages, referral information, re-engagement, relevant announcements, company news, new-service announcements, and service updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting or purchasing services.
